EX-CHAIR.
CHAOS FIXER.

I co-own a barbershop. I built the backend of mine because
nobody else was going to ... the books, the payroll, the website, the systems, the hiring.

Now I install backends for booked-out beauty pros so they can stop being the integration between five different apps.

The whole machine.

Beauty school teaches the craft. Nobody teaches the business.

So we have an entire industry of phenomenal craftswomen running businesses they were never trained to run.

That's a curriculum gap, not a personal failing. And gaps get filled.

I'm the operator who walks in, looks at the whole machine, and installs what was missing.

WORK WITH ME

When I opened my barbershop I was annoyed I was doing everything.
The books, the payroll, the SOPs, training my business partner
who didn't know any of it.

What I didn't realize: I was being quietly trained into the role
I do now. Every system I built to make my own life easier became
a template I can install for someone else.

What felt like getting taken advantage of was the most expensive
education I could have paid for.

I BUILT THE BACKEND
i WISH I HAD
